Shift: 6am-6pm 4on/4off

Pay: £10 an hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting visitors warmly and offering prompt help.
- Signing in visitors to the building, ensuring they complete all necessary paperwork and directing them to the relevant person using the booking in system.
- Maintaining front door security.
- Accepting parcel deliveries and arranging collection from the relevant department, ensuring they are collected on the same day by the relevant department.
- Organising and maintaining the reception area to ensure it remains tidy at all times.
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Support with any administration requirements when needed.
- Report if bag searches are not carried out by the shift leaders at the end of shifts.
- This list is not exhaustive and the position holder may be required to undertake other duties commensurate within the position as required. The Company reserves the right to amend duties and responsibilities in response to changing business circumstances.

**Skills/Experience/Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- PC Literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
