Corporate Account Handler

Account Handler required to join a major insurance broker to strengthen one of its broking teams in Glasgow.
You will be tasked with supporting and working with the Account Executives, in managing a portfolio of Corporate clients whilst delivering an outstanding level of client service. You will deal with client renewal terms, update and implement any relevant changes to cover whilst identifying and recommending any potential improvements to insurance programmes to mitigate risk. You will also undertake negotiations with insurers, to obtain the best solutions on behalf of the client.
Ability to positively engage with clients is key for this role and may include some client visits. Furthermore, it’s also important that you can bring some previous experience gained within the insurance industry, particularly in dealing with cross class commercial business. Any experience in dealing with Commercial Property or Liability insurance would be an advantage. You will also be able to demonstrate strong communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
