Location: Staffordshire
Remuneration: £30,000 + £5,000 bonus

The role of the Maintenance Engineer - Reinforced Mesh will involve:

- Maintenance Engineer position dealing with the production equipment for a high quality range of reinforced products such as mesh, rebar, prefab, piling etc
- Manage, repair, adjust and maintain production equipment, machinery or instruments to ensure they function reliably
- Respond to break-downs and other operating problems and complete planned maintenance activities
- Maintain detail records so that reoccurring problems can be identified and addressed
- Set, calibrate or adjust equipment, machinery and instruments to comply with production specifications or instructions
- Sign off completed maintenance works

The ideal applicant will be Maintenance Engineer - Reinforced Mesh with:

- Ideally will have both Mechanical & Electrical engineering backgrounds, will be considered if a bias is towards one also
- Ideally will have technical competencies in the following: production services, bar production, power bending, coil production, threading and coupling
- Experienced in fault finding and working within a heavy manufacturing environment
- Must have a sound understanding of H&S practices
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Personable, team player, problem solver, driven and enthusiastic
