**What will your responsibilities be?**
- Working within a team in a very rewarding environment supporting the elderly and disabled.
- Dedicated in providing all our customers with quality products and excellent customer experience.

An exceptional individual who provides advice and assistance to our customers.
- Processing stock/deliveries received into the store therefore the ability to lift and handle stock/store fixtures is essential.
- Play an important role on the sales floor supporting your team and Store Manager in helping and advising our customers.

**What do we require from you?**
- Confidence to discuss products with customers over the phone and in person
- A good understanding of IT to process transactions and respond to customer enquiries on our bespoke system
- Flexibility to support the team and your store in peak trade periods.
- Pride in store standards to maintain the retail shop floor and stockrooms to a high standard.
- Ability to build rapport with our regular in store customers and local business customers.
- Good organisational skills
- A patient and caring nature
- Professionalism and outgoing personality

**A full driving licence is essential for this role** and a DBS disclosure will be required (for which Ableworld will meet the cost).
