Are you a committed Support Worker looking for a permanent role?

Tezlom have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker to join a residential home in Wigan, supporting young people aged 16-18 on their journey in leaving care.

You will have the opportunity to support individuals on their journey into adult life and help prepare them for a bright, successful future.

You will join a committed team of compassionate carers who are dedicated in making a positive impact on young peoples' lives, setting them up for success.

**Key Objectives**:

- Support young people in their day to day routines.
- Provide emotional support, promote learning and support attendance at education.
- Prepare them for independence and promote healthy relationships.
- Help develop their interests and life skills.

**Day shifts, full-time, 40 hours per week.**

**Relevant experience preferred but not essential.**

INDPERM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
