**About Us**:
We are a multi-faceted company with three distinct arms:

- Ignite Events: Live event production company, delivering unforgettable experiences.
- Ignite Studios: Cutting-edge virtual event, podcast, and talk show studio.
- Ignite the Power Within: Captivating talk show, live event and podcast series.

With our diverse portfolio, you'll work on talk shows, training videos, virtual events, live events, promotional videos, and more.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Videographer and Video Editor, your responsibilities include:

- Film and edit high-quality videos using industry-standard software and production suites.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually captivating content across platforms.
- Independently handle filming and editing, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
- Ensure work meets the standards set by industry leaders like Netflix.
- Travel to various locations, on-site and off-site, for filming purposes.
- Utilise creativity and flexibility to deliver outstanding video productions.
- Edit and assemble raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- After Effects Motion Graphics
- Collaborate with the creative team to achieve project goals and specifications.
- Trim footage, sequence videos, and enhance quality with music, graphics, and effects.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine the final product.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A strong portfolio showcasing your skills, technical expertise, and creative flair.
- Proficiency in video editing software and production suites.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently within a small team environment.
- Own means of transport preferred for location and off-site filming.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for videography and creating captivating content.
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques and principles.
- Knowledge of photography and composition for visual storytelling.
- Ability to meet deadlines and pay attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

**Location**:
Based in Slough, Berkshire, with off-site filming opportunities.
