**Delivery Driver / Brewery Assistant**

Job Title: Delivery Driver / Brewery Assistant

Main Purpose of Job:
Ensure delivery of products to Flack Manor’s customers in a smart, safe, efficient, and timely manner, in an environment that provides customers and other members of staff with a pleasant experience.

To work as part of a team performing tasks involved in production, packaging warehousing and distribution of beer and associated products.

Responsible to: The Brewery Manager.

Responsible for: Vehicle, equipment, plant, and premises maintenance. Use of provided PPE and operating in accordance with training.

Main Tasks of Job:

- **Planning/Checking your assigned route to ensure efficiency and customer service.**:

- Working as a team to pick and create products to be delivered/collected.
- Working as a team to load vehicles.
- Delivering products to customers.
- Accurately recording transactions relating to deliveries.
- Relaying issues relating to or arising from deliveries to the relevant manager.
- Relaying Customer comments and observations to the appropriate department.
- Ensure Vehicle is fuelled and ready for the next journey.
- Upon return to brewery organise and store returns, empties and disposable waste.
- Parking vehicle and ensuring it is clean, roadworthy and all defects are dealt with or reported.
- Contributing the team effort to produce, package, warehouse and distribute beer. Working under the direction of Lead brewer, Assistant brewer, and Quality Assurance Manager.
- Promote Flack Manor Brewery as a producer of quality products, as an employer and as a contributor to the local community by; Customer Service, Customer Engagement, maintaining good working relationships with co-workers and management, and considering local community issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Romsey, SO51 0HR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
