The Governors of Merton Bank Primary are seeking to appoint a highly effective and experienced level three teaching assistant who is able to provide excellent support for our children.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming, inclusive primary school team. This role includes supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), both in class and through targeted interventions, helping them to achieve their full potential.
You will work closely with class teachers, the SENCo, and other support staff to deliver high-quality learning support, personalised interventions, and structured nurture sessions. We are looking for a skilled, compassionate practitioner who can build strong, trusting relationships with children, adapt learning to meet diverse needs, and inspire confidence in every pupil.
This role includes a SEND allowance in recognition of the specialist skills and commitment required. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take a lead in our nurture provision, supporting pupils with additional needs to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
