**About BikePark Wales**

BikePark Wales is the UK’s number one mountain bike facility located at Merthyr Tydfil on the edge of the Brecon Beacons national park just 25 minutes north of central Cardiff. The park is now an internationally recognised destination and a mecca for mountain bikers, descending on Myndd Gethin, a 491-metre summit.

BikePark Wales is a young, successful business which is growing fast. The current offering includes over 40 world class mountain bike trails, a vehicular uplift service, café, bike shop, bike hire, coaching and events but an ambitious development plan is now underway to both improve the existing services and add new products to the existing site.

**The Role**

Do you love great coffee, good food, and working as part of a buzzing team? At Bike Park **Wales**, we’re all about creating memorable experiences - on and off the trails. Our F&B team plays a huge part in that, keeping our riders and visitors fuelled up and ready to go.

We’re on the lookout for an **F&B Assistant** with a passion for hospitality, ideally with **barista experience**, who can bring the same positive energy, teamwork, and standards that our crew prides itself on.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Preparing and serving hot drinks (especially coffee to a high standard) and food with speed and consistency.
- Delivering friendly, efficient customer service and making every guest feel welcome.
- Supporting the team across café, shack, and events as needed.
- Keeping the work environment clean, organised, and up to standard.
- Being a team player - we’re all about respect, collaboration, and good vibes.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in food & beverage, **especially barista skills**.
- A positive attitude and a passion for great service.
- Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
- A team player who shares our values and enjoys what they do.
