**Ecommerce Apprentice**
**Location: Northampton**
**Working hours: Full time - Mon-Fri**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Ecommerce Department. You will be undertaking a Customer Service Apprenticeship to help understand the needs of the business, to learn to develop to the needs of the customer and develop ways to improve our service in Ecommerce.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performance reporting
- Help manage Ecommerce channels (eBay, Amazon, Shopify sales) ensuring all product listings are accurate and meet specified criteria
- Efficiently presenting data findings and developing brand strategies
- Managing stock levels on all ecommerce channels
- Responding to customer enquiries from multiple channels in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to increase the online activity
- Assist with picking, packing and shipping orders at times of high demand

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Interest in ecommerce, business and customer service
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Proficient IT Skills
- Above all, excellent attitude and willingness to learn are essential
