We are TFLI, a leading international digital marketing agency, and we’re looking for a skilled **Motion Designer/Artworker** to join our creative team. Based in the heart of leafy Cheshire, our firm works closely with platforms like Google, Facebook, Snap, Instagram, and TikTok. We’re expanding, and we need someone who can elevate our campaigns with stunning motion design and artwork.

**Role of a Motion Designer/Artworker**

As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for producing **video content** and **motion graphics** for various social media campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to create content that aligns with the vision and goals of our clients.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Developing and delivering high-quality motion design for digital platforms, focusing on social media content.
- Collaborating with the creative team to produce engaging visuals and animations that fit within tight deadlines.
- Using your expertise in **Adobe After Effects** to create high-level motion graphics.
- Utilising **Illustrator** and **Photoshop** to develop assets that support motion design.
- Receiving and acting on **art direction and critical feedback**, adjusting your work to maintain top-level quality.
- Managing multiple projects at once, ensuring they are completed to a high standard and within short deadlines.

**What do you need?**
- **Proficiency in After Effects** (essential), with solid skills in **Illustrator** and **Photoshop**.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver content **within tight deadlines**.
- Experience creating videos and animations for social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take direction and **respond to feedback constructively**.
- Familiarity with the broader **Adobe Creative Cloud** suite is a plus.
- An ability to **think creatively** and work on a variety of styles and formats, from motion graphics to promotional videos.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to **juggle multiple projects** simultaneously.

**What’s nice to have?**
- An interest in the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Experience with other creative software relevant to the industry, like Premiere Pro or Cinema 4D.
- Photography or filming skills, though not essential, would be a great bonus.
- A passion for staying up to date with new motion design techniques and trends.

**Location**:
This role is based at our **head office** in Tytherington Business Park, Macclesfield SK10 2XG. **Ability to commute or relocate** is required.
