My client, a highly successful organisation specialising in a niche product are looking for a new team member to join their customer research team. The main purpose of this role is to research projects to a high level using the telephone, internet and othercommunication sources.

Working hours for this role are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. Benefits include:

- Dealing with customer queries
- Building relationships with contacts within the industry
- Detail-oriented, flexible, energetic and methodical
