The safety of our service users and colleagues is our priority and as such we encourage and support vaccination uptake as this remains the best line of defence against COVID-19. **What you will be doing:** You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide specialist provision with enhanced levels of support which allows people with continuing challenging behaviour and high support needs to be cared for in the least restrictivesetting possible, but within a service which is robust and structured enough to meet their ongoing needs and risks. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people to leada valued and fulfilled life. It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because ofyou. You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn’t like a free massage at work? The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week. **Where you will be working:** **Location**: Furness Road, Workington, Cumbria, CA14 3PD Gregory House provides a specialist provision with enhanced levels of support which allows people with continuing challenging behaviour and high support needs to be cared for in the least restrictive setting possible, but within a service which is robustand structured enough to meet their ongoing needs and risks. The service ensures people lead good and meaningful everyday lives, where they have choice and control, accessing mainstream services and facilities, engaging in work and training, in leisure opportunities, hobbies and areas of personal interest.
