**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards.
- Support bartending operations by preparing beverages and serving drinks as required.
- Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any concerns or requests.
- Assist in catering events by setting up, serving food, and clearing away afterwards.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout all interactions with guests.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Basic bartending skills or culinary knowledge would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
