Based in our modern Green Park offices in Reading, you will complete a comprehensive training programme which will take you through every step of the recruitment cycle, teaching you everything you need to know to be a talented and successful recruitment consultant.

**The Opportunity**
The Reqiva Academy training programme will be a blend of classroom training with our inhouse Talent Manager, combined with a mix of on-the-job, practical training to allow you to put what you have learnt into practice. Together, we will be able to work on your weak spots and supercharge your strengths to ensure you develop all the tricks, tools and techniques to become a successful recruiter.
