We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and service-oriented Bar Supervisor to join the team at the award-winning Bodmin Jail Hotel. As Bar Supervisor you will:

- Thrive off a busy service
- Take charge of the Champagne Bar, creating beautiful drinks and delivering first-class service to our guests
- Have an in-depth knowledge of drinks, service and allergens
- Communicate clearly with management and wider hotel departments
- Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience
