Plant Operative

We are looking for two reliable and motivated Plant Operatives to join our team. This is a hands-on role working within our busy plant operations, ensuring safe and efficient running of daily production.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate plant and machinery in line with training and safety standards
- Carry out routine checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance of equipment
- Monitor processes, materials, and outputs to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Work as part of a team to meet production schedules
- Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies

Shift Patterns
- **Day shift (standard)**: 07:30 - 17:00
- **Extended day shifts**: 05:30 - 17:30
- **Night shifts**: 17:30 - 05:30
- Shifts and hours vary depending on business needs — flexibility is essential.

About You
- Previous warehouse or production experience **desired but not essential**:

- Forklift licence **desired but not essential**:

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Able to work safely and responsibly in a team environment
- Flexible, punctual, and willing to work varied shifts
- All training will be provided
