An excellent and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioners (tACP) within the Urgent Community Response (UCR) and Hospital at Home Virtual Ward (VW) service within Hambleton and Richmondshire locality.

The post holder will be working autonomously as a trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner (tACP) and will work under direct or indirect supervision of senior medical colleagues, at an advanced clinical level in the direct delivery of high-quality care making critical clinical decisions based on advanced clinical skills assessment. Evidencing across all four pillars of advanced clinical practice as set out by Health Education England (2017). The post holder will be working towards.
