**HR Officer**
**Crumlin**
Vickerstock are working alongside one of our leading clients based in Crumlin to recruit an HR Officer to join their busy team.
**The HR Officer will be responsible for the following**:
- Update recruitment processes
- Drive improvement in employee welfare
- Implement a talent management strategy including workforce planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, retention, training and development, performance planning, management development and succession planning
- Development of an overall HR business plan with measurable objectives
- Administer the HR systems
- Manage local inductions for all new starts
- Responsible for new employee administration
- Responsible for leaver administration, including conducting exit interviews
- Assist managers with absence management and advising HR Manager on those requiring occupational health referrals
- Complete and analyse weekly and monthly HR Reports and KPI’s
- Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies, procedures, practices and employment legislation
**The HR Officer should be able to demonstrate the following**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within Human Resources
- CIPD qualification or working towards the qualification would be desirable
- Experience working within a fast moving highly pressurised environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
