**About the role**

**Title - Security supervisor**

**Pay Rate - £14.00**

**Location - Braintree Village**

**Shift Timings - Full time, Must be fully flexible and able to work weekends**

**This contract will end at the start of January**

You will be working in a well-known shopping outlet, you will be responsible for the security and safety of the Security officers, Personnel and assets.

**Your main responsibilities may include**:

- Manage security officers and ensuring they follow company policies and procedures
- Investigate incidents, document findings, and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Monitor and manage the security equipment
- Conduct regular security patrols and ensure there are no potential hazards

**To**succeed**this role you must have the following**
- SIA License
- At least 1 year of supervisor experience
- Outstanding written and spoken communication
- 5 year checkable work history
