Housing Assistant

**Housing Assistant based at Adlington House, PortisheadAvailable Hours:
Permanent - Part Time - 18.75 Hours per Week**

**About the Role
**Here at Adlington House we're looking for an experienced Housing Assistant to join our team. In this role you'll provide a tailored, resident focused and comprehensive housing management service for different tenures within a designated housing scheme.

You'll provide value added customer service in accordance with MHA's policies and procedures in the areas of Allocations, Housing Management and Finance, Estate Management and Community Focus.

**About you
- Experience of working in housing related fields
- Experience of managing financial plans/budget
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills such as planning, prioritising, report writing and record keeping
- Ability to maintain all aspects of confidentiality
- Effective written and verbal communication an interpersonal skills
- IT competencies - Microsoft experience
- Ability to use your initiative
