An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Contentious Trusts Paralegal to work within a highly ranked Contentious Trusts & Estates team.
**The team**:
The firm’s Private Client practice acts for international high net worth individuals and their family businesses. They advise on the structuring of assets, cross-border tax and succession planning and major trust and estate disputes. The Contentious Trusts& Estates team have advised on landmark cases including the first ever action involving an insolvent trust.
**The role**:
The successful Private Client Contentious Trusts Paralegal can look forward to:

- Providing administrative support including file-opening, document production, filing, archiving
- Arranging case meetings
- Liaising with the court and corresponding with clients
- Preparing hearing and counsel bundles
- Reviewing and analysing documents for preparation of disclosure

**About you**:

- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential, LPC desirable
- Previous Paralegal experience of at least six months, dealing with litigation, ideally contentious private client work
- Team player
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Positive and proactive approach to work
