**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
- Carry out manual labour tasks such as lifting, moving, and installing materials.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and adhere to safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in construction is not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Commitment to adhering to health and safety standards on-site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: £7.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
