Sales Negotiator

Providing a personal service, with great attention to detail and a wealth of industry knowledge, the company are highly respected within the area and are looking for a professional and driven individual to be part of their team. Obviously, property experience as a sales negotiator is essential along with some sales progression.

You will need to be able to deal across all sectors of the market, with the ability to tie up sales and follow them through to completion.

**Duties to include**:
Dealing with clients face to face as well as over the telephone in a professional manner
Booking and carrying out viewings
Negotiating sales
Managing sales through to competition by liaising with solicitors, other estate agents and clients
Keeping chains running smoothly and problem solving when necessary

This role is likely to be 25% sales and 75% sales progression. Pool cars are available for appointments, but if you are required to use your own, a mileage allowance will be paid.

**Hours**: 8.45 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays on rota by negotiation but generally one in four.
