**Summary**:We are currently looking for two Adviser Support Officer's who will provide efficient back office and administrative support for National financial advisers ensuring that all work carried out is dealt with in line with the company’s customer care standards and TCF principles.
**About the Role**:

- Seminar co-ordination and administration
- Answering and processing switchboard calls
- Lead allocation and distribution, to include mortgage and seminar leads.
- Data entry and management (leads, client details, adviser details etc.)
- Dealing with enquiries from clients, IFA’s, colleagues and product providers
- Assisting with drafting letters and mail merges
- Liaising with the client services team to ensure clients of departing LFA and LMPS advisers are re-assigned
- Filing and copying duties
- Opening and processing incoming post
- Providing support to other teams as required (inc cover for data & agency departments)
- Undertake any other reasonable duties and special projects as requested by management.

**About You**:

- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and good personal workload management
- IT literate with fast and accurate keyboard skills, a good understanding of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Good at understanding and using numbers
- Polite and courteous telephone manner
- Customer Service skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to new ideas and challenges
