This role will actively support the management team, ensuring clearly and effective communications between sales, yard operations and the transport team. Therefore, we are looking for someone who loves to build relationships with stakeholders, team membersand Customers, who is also comfortable generating sales both face to face and over the phone.

**What are we Looking for?**

A Branch Supervisor is an essential role within the branch network, you will build relationships with Customers and understand their wider requirements in order to maximise sales growth. You will be in regular contact with our Customers and therefore youplay a huge part in delivering a fantastic customer experience. In order to support our customers and deliver a great service you will;
- Develop great relationships with new and existing Customers (both face to face and over the phone)
- Experience of working in a customer-focussed sales role
- A genuine enthusiasm for dealing with customers, and a 'customer 1st' attitude
- A strong focus on Health and Safety for your colleagues and customers
- The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- A positive team player
- Open to lending a helping hand to other teams in the branch
