We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated Contact Centre Operator to join our established team. You will be working in The Trust Contact Centre which is situated in the Business Technology Directorate.

Main shift patterns 08:00-16:00/15:00-23:00/23:00-07:00. Unsociable shift hours also carry an enhanced rate of pay, including weekends and bank holidays.

Operate the Trust’s CRM systems, efficiently managing relevant call life cycles (or processes).

Under supervision / with the help of more senior technicians, to provide simpler 1stline incident diagnoses and resolution by expertly utilising all available remote support utilities and diagnostic tools in line with the current procedure/policy.

Deliver a high standard of customer service when dealing with our stakeholders

Attention to detail is captured when recording incidents.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team of 25 staff in the Contact Centre

The team work cohesively and take pride in the services they support for the Trust.

Full training will be provided

Upon completion of training, we offer a mixture of home and office based working.
