The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative activity in a transport office environment, keeping driver paperwork up to date, updating planning systems and ensuring required information is communicated to both drivers and customer.
**Pay rate**:£12
**Shift pattern**:Monday to Friday
Days Regular - 8am-5pm
**Administrator - Duties & Responsibilities**
- Support day-to-day administrative activities in a transport office environment
- Keep driver paperwork up to date
- Update planning systems
- Maintain and update databases and records.
- Communicate required information to both drivers and customers
- Experience in HR or H&S preferred but not essential
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment with attention to detail**Administrator - Person Specification**
- Keen and eager to learn new skills
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office packages).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is required
- Work towards deadlines and collaborate effectively within a team
