**Typical day in the life of the Care Supervisor / Field Care Supervisor**
- Visit a client and their Care Professional for a support visit and stay a bit longer around a cuppa as they both have so much to say.
- Training a new member of the team with a new piece of equipment.
- Having a supervision with a Care Professional, spending time with them to make sure they are feeling great about their job and the clients they support.
- Attending a Team meeting with Care Professionals to share best practice about a client.
- Brainstorming with the Care Manager and other care supervisors about the best Care Professional to match for a new client.
- Support our Care Professionals through paid on-call duties
- Feeling part of the most amazing team that is always happy to help each other.

Enjoy a varied role where you able to support our Care Professionals to be the best they can be. As a Field Care Supervisor you will support and mentor Care Professionals, monitor field-based observations and ensure supervisions and appraisals are recorded and kept up to date, monitor staff morale and wellbeing, Assist in delivering our Recruitment Assessment Programme for all new Care Professionals and support them with their ongoing training.

Part time Hours up to 30 hours a week + paid on call.

**Qualifications**:
Have 2 years experience within a Health & Social Care setting - a Level 3 NVQ qualification is ideal. Experience supporting a range of needs from medication support, moving and handling, personal care to dementia care.
