**About the role**
- You will be_
- Predominantly telephony-based customer service role with an emphasis on consistency of quality
- providing our customers with a caring and proactive support service. We are passionate about first call resolution and customer experience.
- Provide up to date information about our products and services.
- Retain customers through promoting the benefits of our products.
- Supporting customers with online claims queries and helping them to register for our online services.
- Getting involved in _
- A healthy work/life balance, and this opportunity will offer you a 35-hour working week, working between 8.15-5.30 Monday - Friday, with the option to condense your hours and make this a 4-day week. You will have flexibility to work from home once training is completed.
- You will complete a 6-week training plan in our modern office in Sheffield city centre.

**About you**:
**Education and Qualifications**
- A reasonable standard of education or equivalent qualifications/experience.

**Experience**
- Experience of working in a target customer focussed environment.
- Sound experience of performing a computer-based task or role in a work environment

**Skills**
- An ability to build rapport and a desire to go above and beyond for our customers.
- An ability to work to a high standard of customer service in line with our quality and performance metrics.
- Strong, clear, and effective communication skills so you exceed customer expectations.
- A genuine interest in helping people.
- Flexible and adaptable, open to change and new ways of working, with a positive can-do approach.
- A proactive approach to your own development
- A team player that develops great working relationships
- PC literate and capable of operating new systems with confidence and accuracy, competent in using Microsoft Office Suite
