**Sales Operations Coordinator x 2**

Northamptonshire Salary up to £35k + 10% bonus excellent benefits inc. pension, private medical.

**What you’ll do**

Responsible for the maintenance and support of internal and external customers to ensure the Sales Organization runs effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives. Increased responsibilities and focus are surrounding OrderManagement.

**How you’ll do it**

**Order Management**
- Own, manage, and process customer purchase orders via all methods
- Process customer Return’s Requests (RMA’s)
- Distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports that help maximize profitability and mitigate the loss to include Open Order, Cancellation, and In-Transit
- Accountable for the investigation and mitigation of discrepancies and fines
- Support operational projects through development, testing, and implementation

**System Applications**
- Oracle ERP
- Business Objects (BO)
- Customer dedicated portals to include but not limited to Establishment Darty, Vendor Central, and Apple

**Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Maintain and foster a positive work atmosphere
- Responsible for personal development to aid in building a winning team with clear and sustained success
- Manage and facilitate projects that drive efficiency and profitability
- Continuous excellent working relationship with internal and external customers to include other departments and co-workers
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and follow-through skills
- Maintain up-to-date account specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Communication of customer logístical requirements to the Distribution Warehouse
- Partner with the Planning Department to address allocation of customers’ orders against availability
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product Management Departments to ensure product

information is accurate, and customers are ready to conduct business that aligns with the organizational strategy
- Responsible for pricing maintenance of customers while adhering to the Finance Department, and Pricing Team guidelines

**What you’ll need**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a corporate office environment with order

management, administration, and customer service background; B2B preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with advanced knowledge in Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Exceptional attendance record
- Fluency in English with a second language preferred but not mandatory
