**Floorcare Warehouse Supervisor**

**The key responsibilities of a Floorcare Warehouse Supervisor at phs will involve;**
- To ensure that the warehouse staff are working to their maximum potential and productivity within company procedures.
- To maintain the relevant route paperwork and action any missing mats.
- To quality check all mats as they are put away from the laundry and again as they are packed onto loads.
- Ensure all new mats are logged correctly on the day of receipt and put away onto the correct pallet.
- Report to the Manager if/when stock levels fall below required level, and ensure any damaged mats are identified and reported to the manager for remake or repair.
- Ensure all bespoke mats are on the correct pallets.
- To carry out stock takes as and when necessary.
- To assist with delivering/collecting of Floorcare vehicles when required.
- Ensure cancelled and discontinued mats are listed and disposed of correctly.
- To liaise and form good working relationships with other members of staff with the Branch and all external departments.
- To comply with all current Health & Safety legislation and to ensure maximum awareness and compliance in all staff.
- To keep stock areas clean and tidy at all times
- To carry out daily FLT checks and complete the necessary paperwork.
- Capable of handling several hundred mats on a daily basis
- Initiative
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Forklift licence.
- Full UK Driving License
- Oral and written communication skills
- Supervisory / coaching skills
- Knowledge of service computer system: Account/Customer enquiry menu Logo mat enquiry
