Teaching Personnel are currently looking for full-time Learning Support Assistants to join one of our amazing using schools in the Bourne area. This particular school is an all age (2-19) Special Academy for pupils with moderate, severe, profound and complexlearning needs.

Our client is looking for someone to support a group of around 10 children who may have significant needs, from anxiety to global development delay and autism

The role:

- Pay rate of between £70 - £85 per day
- Offering support to the pupils alongside the class teacher or on a 1:1 basis
- Supporting in multiple classrooms and age groups.
- Helping students physically and provide support to help develop their learning
- Previous experience within a care setting or SEN environment is desired
- Be a resiliant but approachable individual - this role can be challenging but rewarding, due to the natute of the children
- Any relevant qualifications such as Team Teach, Moving & Handling, Teaching Assistant etc
