Core Responsibilities
- Processing orders and dealing with any customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Being able to enter data with all the required information.
- Gaining an understanding of our product range
- Outbound customer service calls, maintaining healthy relationships with our customers.
- Provide administrative support to management as required.
- Making sure all day to day duties have been completed.

Key Requirements and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Qualifications to GCSE level or equivalent, and ideally to A Level. Strong English and Maths skills required
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and work alone as well as in a team
- Ability to suggest and implement improvements to office systems and procedures
- Flexibility to cover holidays, sickness and busier periods is essential.
- A valid driving licence and access to transport is required, due to our remote location.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
