Our client, who are a well established organisation based in St Albans, are currently recruiting for a E-Commerce Administrator to join their team. Ideally seeking someone with a E-Commerce background.

You will be able to analyse sales data, so recommendations can be given to the buying team. To work with the E-Commerce Supervisor to ensure the E-Commerce strategy is carried out and improvements made when needed.

**E-Commerce Responsibilities**:

- Analyse the sales data and forecast sales projections and stock turn
- List all Items, ensuring all key words are correct. Understand SEO and how this can improve sales
- Price Check all items to ensure company margins are met
- Research competitor activity and how this is affecting their sales. How this can be changed.
- Create and recommend product promotions to increase sales
- Ensure all Sales orders are raised on the system correctly
- Ensure all PO's are linked to sales orders
- Check all shipment dates are correct and in agreement with the company's timelines and targets
- Communicate daily with our 3rd party warehouse
- Liaise with QC to coordinate re-works as required
- Investigate and process refunds, keeping the QC department informed
- Reply to all customer queries via the App or website
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Daily Invoicing
