Overview:
**Change Grow Live** are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives.

An exciting vacancy has arisen to join the dynamic and innovative Young People’s team at **Stockton** Recovery Service in the role of **Children and Families Worker**.

The primary focus of this role is to work with children and young people who are impacted by a family member’s substance misuse by delivering a programme of brief interventions via one to one sessions with the aim of building resilience and minimising the impact of parental substance misuse.

**Where**: Stockton

**Full Time Hours**:37.5 per week

**Full Time Salary**: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)
- Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

**Responsibilities**:
The role includes developing and delivering group work packages, providing brief support and advice to parents, carers and partner agencies as well as delivering specialist training to professionals.
