We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Home** **Care Support Workers **to join our team here at **West Park Care **based in the **Wetherby and surrounding areas**.

**Contract**:ALL staff members are on a contract with a GUARANTEED amount of hours. We DO NOT do zero hour contracts, so don’t worry, you know for certain you’re getting the hours you want to work each week.

**Hours**:Part time or full time hours on a rota basis. All staff work alternative weekends so we can provide continuity of care and keep it fair for all staff.

**Pay**:£12 per hour weekdays, £14 per hour on weekends & bank holidays PLUS £16 for any overtime you’d like to work.

Experience may be an advantage, but if you're a genuinely caring person with the right attitude, then we want to speak with you. No one day is ever the same, which is why we love what we do

**Benefits / Package**
- You will be paid your agreed hours even if clients cancel or we don’t have work to offer you. We do not believe in zero-hour contracts as we value our team
- **Minimum call durations** - We **do not **do 15 minute calls as we don’t want our staff or clients to feel rushed.
- We have been rated ‘GOOD’ by CQC which we’re very proud of.
- Excellent base rate of £12 an hour PLUS a joining bonus of **£250.00** to say thank you. This is paid as soon as you pass your 3 month probation period.
