Our mission is to introduce the diverse and delicious flavours of Asia to food enthusiasts across the UK. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help elevate our brand through engaging and captivating content across various social media platforms.

**Position: Social Media Content Creator**

**Location: Bishops Stortford**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation**: Develop visually appealing and shareable content for our social media channels, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram/Facebook/Threads and YouTube. This includes Livestreaming, video creation, and interactive elements.

2. **Social Media Management**:Regularly update and maintain our social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with our audience to foster a sense of community around our brand.

3. **Brand Storytelling**: Craft compelling narratives that showcase our products, brand values, and the rich cultural heritage behind the Asian cuisines we represent.

4. **Campaign Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness and engagement.

5. **Market Trends Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously refine our social media strategy.

6. **Influencer Collaboration**: Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators in the food and lifestyle space to expand our reach and drive authentic advocacy for our brand.

7. **Performance Analysis**: Track and analyse social media metrics to assess content performance, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

8. **Photography and Videography**: Capture high-quality images and videos of our products, recipes, and culinary experiences for use across various platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, ideally within the food, culinary, or lifestyle industry. We are happy to consider applicants with a strong portfolio of content on their personal social media accounts
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
- Strong understanding and appreciation of Asian cuisine and culture.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design tools/software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and optimize content performance.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- A passion for exploring new food trends and culinary experiences.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

**Education**:
