This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who is ready to step up, shape content strategies, and drive excellence in our media and digital marketing efforts.

**The Role **As a **Content Executive**, you will be joining a small team of content creators (2-3 members), ensuring that all content aligns with; objectives, brand messaging, and current digital marketing trends. You’ll be involved in the entire content production process, from ideation to final execution. Ensuring high-quality output across various digital platforms with emphasis on the analysis and recommendations for future postings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands on role has experience in content creation, editing, and digital marketing strategy. **Key Responsibilities; Content Strategy**: Develop and implement content strategies that align with client objectives and industry standards. Create and manage content calendars to ensure timely, consistent output across platforms.

**Content Production & Quality Control**:

- Oversee content creation, ensuring it's engaging, SEO-optimized, and client-focused. Review and edit materials to uphold creative and technical standards.

**Collaboration & Client Relations**:
Engage with clients to understand their brand voice and offer strategic content insights.

**Performance Monitoring**:
Track content performance via analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
Report on key metrics like engagement and conversions, refining strategies based on data.

**Tools & Resources Management**:

- Ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources, optimizing workflows for efficient content production and delivery.

**Content Executive Essential Qualifications:Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years in content creation
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing content strategies and best practices.

**Technical Skills**:

- Experience with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and SEO. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track and report on content performance.

**Creative & Strategic Thinking**:
Ability to create engaging and innovative content ideas that align with client goals and industry trends.

**Content Executive Desirable Skills**:

- Knowledge of video production, editing (experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus), and other content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience working within a digital marketing agency.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to take on varied responsibilities as needed.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team and client collaboration.
