Job Title: Sales & Service Advisor

Location: Pensnett
- ERIKS UK is one of Europe’s leading industrial service partners providing engineering knowledge and expertise.
- We are looking an experienced Sales and Service Advisor to join our Team based in Teeside.
- This position plays an essential part in developing and maintaining our relationship with customers. From initial contact with new clients, and engagement with longer-term clients you will be the face of ERIKS.
- At ERIKS we are continuously striving to improve our customer experience. You will be providing market leading levels of customer service to all our clients to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- In the role you will be responsible for:

- Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Establishing customer requirements.
- Preparing, submitting, and following up customer quotations.
- Order processing.
- Providing basic levels of technical support on the products/services available from ERIKS (Full training provided).
- Introducing customers to new products/services.
- Providing market leading levels of customer service
- To be success in the role you should hold the following skills and experiences:

- Familiar with Microsoft Office365 (preferable but training will be provided)
- Data savvy, with excellent analytical capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of the power of digital technologies and a supporter of change
- Positive 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to analyse data, and translate into actionable information
- Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essential
