**JOB TITLE: Concierge (Part Time)**

**LOCATION: Foundry House, Widnes**

**REPORTING TO: Commercial & Lettings Manager**

**SALARY: £14,901 per annum (£20,319 FTE)**

**HOURS OF WORK: 27.5 hrs / week. 9.00am - 3.00pm** **Monday - Friday. With half hour unpaid Break. No weekends required.**

Sterling Properties is a residential and commercial property management company which has been established for more than 25 years and with over 2000 residential and commercial properties in our portfolio a rent roll of £10 million+ per annum.

We are also the company behind the hugely successful Thrive Office Space brand launched in 2016, providing modern serviced office space throughout the Northwest including Cheadle, Farnworth, Wigan and Blackpool. Over the next 5 years, the company will be investing a further £20 million into hubs across the Northwest as our portfolio continues to grow

Foundry House opened in 2018 and is one of our larger serviced office buildings, incorporating 36 serviced office suites, meeting rooms and bright modern break out facilities. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part-time Concierge who is enthusiastic and highly motivated with a passion for looking after our newly refurbished offices and our valued tenants.

**The Role**

Duties will involve:

- Working on Reception, meeting and greeting tenants and visitors
- Managing meeting room bookings and payments
- Carrying out viewings on vacant office suites
- Handling inbound calls
- Supporting tenants as needed
- Providing admin support
- Organising events to assist with our social media postings
- Supporting the management team as needed
- Dealing with post and deliveries
- Ensuring the smooth daily running of the building
- Providing Concierge cover at our Wigan Centre when required
- Customer service
