We have developed a new Paralegal Centre of Excellence, which brings together a range of paralegal skills and capabilities, which provides a variety of services to our lawyers and clients.

**Role Overview**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Birmingham office. You will be working as part of a team in the Paralegal Centre of Excellence, supporting our wider UK company secretarial and governance teams with a variety of technical, administrativeand client relationship tasks.

Day to day work will include filing forms with Companies House (including liaising directly with Companies House advisers in order to answer difficult questions), the preparation of routine board minutes, shareholder resolutions and dealing with registeredpost.

**Relevant Skills/Experience**

We are keen to hear from you if you hold the following skills and experience:

- Previous Paralegal or Legal Exec experience.
- Previous company secretarial experience
- Database management experience, particularly of Blueprint / Diligent Entities

Please note that a Legal Practice Course is not required for this role, but it would be beneficial.

You may be in a customer-facing role and looking to step into the legal sector. Alternatively, you may be an experienced Legal Assistant or Paralegal looking for your next challenge.
