**Overview**:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Workers. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our service user with complex health needs in their own homes. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring assistance, with the flexibility of working hours hours to suit you whether that be Full Time, Part Time or ad-hoc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide patient care and support in accordance with individual care plans
- Assist with behavior management techniques
- Aid in meal preparation and feeding when necessary
- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
- Provide person centred care with empathy, compassion, dignity an respect, always promoting independence and choice

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in patient care preferred
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Ability to prepare meals and assist with domestic duties
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
