The Registrars work with the Breast Service is primarily Consultant delivered. All Registrars duties are assigned on a weekly basis to cover duties within the Breast Unit, ranging from New Clinics, Follow Up Clinics, Telephone Clinics and Theatres.
You will be responsible for the daily management and surgical care of all patients admitted under the appropriate Consultant, supervising and teaching any junior staff.
Annual and Study Leave is with prior arrangement and there is internal prospective cover on each surgical firm.
To attend local induction on commencement of duty in a new department or if working has not been undertaken in the Department in the previous 6 months
