One of the biggest names in the electrical wholesale industry is looking for a motivated Internal Salesperson to join their team in St. Albans. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can make an impact and build strong business relationships.
You'll be joining a successful electrical wholesaler who already employs over 3,200 people across hundreds of UK locations. With an annual turnover exceeding £1.5 billion, they're a company that continues to grow through acquisitions and the high-quality service they provide to their clients. They pride themselves on their decentralised business model as well as building long-lasting relationships with their customers, suppliers and employees.
**Role Responsibilities**
As an Internal Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with both customers and suppliers
- Ensuring the achievement of set branch targets and objectives
- Communicating effectively with different departments within the business
- Advising clients on the best solution available to meet their requirements
**Rewards**
You will receive:
- A starting salary between £26,000 - £32,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
- An uncapped bonus, linked to your performance and that of the branch

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this Internal Sales role, you should:
- Have sales / account management / trade counter experience within the electrical wholesale industry or similar
- Be a quick learner with great communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Be proactive, energetic and enthusiastic with a confident telephone manner
- Have self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
