As a Support Worker, you will be key in supporting adult’s with complex needs within their own home and within the community. We are looking for positive, compassionate, and caring support workers who have the right values and attitude to grow and developwith Gray healthcare.

**Job Introduction**
I am a gentleman living in my own home and I am looking for Support Workers who can help me reach my potential in life.

I will need your support to help keep me safe and empower me to learn new skills and live a meaningful life in my own home. Living in my own home is an exciting time for me, and I would like to be supported by people who are patient and non-judgemental.I also would like support workers who respect my routine and have a consistent approach as these are important to me.

I love to go out into the community in my car, so my support workers will need to drive. I enjoy baking with my support staff therefore an interest in baking is a plus

**Main Responsibilities**
At Gray Healthcare having the right people and investing in their development is crucial. Our expert trainers alongside our managers, ensure that each colleague receives our high-quality bespoke training and has a detailed development plan to equip themto be knowledgeable, supportive, calm, and confident in whatever situation comes their way.

What are we looking for?

You will need to possess an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent, or be willing to work towards. You will be motivated and have a can-do attitude, and work within a Positive Behaviour Support Framework.

Must be willing to be part of a back up rota.
