Senior Care Workers

**SENIOR CARE WORKERS, urgently required. who will work in service users own homes-.**
Areas: Kingston Upon Thames, Richmond, Chessington, Croydon, Epsom, Leatherhead.
**MAIN PURPOSE**: To implement and manage the provision of quality care to Service Users, who live in their own homes, under the provision of local authority services.
**Personal Care**:Washing, bathing, toileting, dressing, medication administration.
**Domestic Tasks**:Preparing light meals, serve meals and feed those that need help, change beds, tidy and light cleaning.
**SCOPE OF JOB**: Responsible to the service users, their families, the regulation authorities and bodies. To be primarily responsible for the induction of new care workers, and the monitoring of carers in in the field, ensuring the quality of care provided surpasses all regulation.
**The Person must demonstrate.**
A qualification in care. eg a Vocational level in Care. Nvq preferred.
Comprehensive prior experience in care working in a similar role. Experience of care in a domiciliary setting, preferred
UK driving license/ or equivalent.
The ability to pass the English language test.
A good working knowledge of care standards in domiciliary care.
A good working knowledge of health & safety issues
Clean police check.
