Car Valeter

**Professional Car Detailer required**

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic person to join our family car business in Wilmslow as a Professional Car Detailer, preparing vehicles for customer viewings and collections.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

You will:

- Prepare, valet and check vehicles to a high standard
- Check and adjust: fluid levels, fuel, oil, water, antifreeze levels etc.
- Check vehicles for any defects and maintenance issues, e.g. bulbs, tyres etc
- Vacuum and shampoo upholstery and carpets as appropriate
- Collect and deliver vehicles
- Refuel vehicles.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- over **two years experience** working as a professional detailer
- experience using a buffing machine
- experience using a high pressure steam cleaner
- experience working with cleaning chemicals.

You must also:

- be able to work well under pressure within a fast paced environment
- have great attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
- be clean, tidy and well organised
- be able to work effectively alone or as part of a team.

You must have a full UK driving licence.

**Hours**:6 days a week, with an early finish on Saturday's.

9 - 5pm Mon - Fri and 9 - 4pm Sat

**Salary: £500 a week (on a self-employed basis).**

Pay: From £20,000.00 per year
