As part of this continued growth, they are looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Other graduates have joined the business and done very well. They like to see graduates developing into senior roles within the business as it grows.With this in mind, in addition to Quantity Surveying you will have exposure to general management and business development activities.

You will be assisted and supported working towards your RICS APC leading to achieving full chartered surveyor status.

The role will allow you to access on and off the job training, providing a fantastic platform to gain knowledge and practical experience, working alongside experience quantity surveyors who will provide further coaching and mentoring

You will need an ability to think on your feet and be able to work on your own initiative whilst fitting into a team environment. You will be developing relationships with supply chain partners and clients, while assisting the project team with:

- Preparation of wages / sub-contract payment notices, final accounts and interim valuations;
- Management of costs through the construction phase of the project
- Valuing the cost of any variations during the construction phase.
- Raising and responding to contractual notices.
- Analysis of delay impact programme and drafting associated narratives.
- Input to dispute resolution activities as and when such matters arise.

In addition to a relevant degree, you should have good English and Maths school grades, and a full-driving licence.
