**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Processing**:

- Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure order specifications are clear and complete.
- Verify that credit clearances and thorough checks have been conducted for third-party lease options to ensure suitability and compliance.
- Monitor order status and address any issues or delays proactively.

**Sales Figures Management**:

- Keep sales figures and order data updated in the company's database or CRM system.
- Generate reports on sales performance and order trends for management review.

**Equipment Procurement**:

- Place orders for equipment and supplies as needed, ensuring adequate inventory levels.

**Equipment Setup and Installation**:

- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure equipment readiness for installation.
- Schedule and coordinate the installation of equipment in a timely manner.
- Liaise with customers and their IT counterparts to collect all pertinent information, facilitating a seamless delivery process.

**Communication and Customer Service**:

- Maintain regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders to provide updates on order status and installation timelines.
- Address any customer enquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Strive to deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the order fulfilment process.

**Documentation Management**:

- Ensure all paperwork related to orders, equipment, and installations is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
- Update and maintain customer records
- Adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Interdepartmental Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with Sales, Support and Warehouse to ensure seamless order fulfilment and resource planning.
- Communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and allocate resources efficiently.

**Skills Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion, within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard operating procedures
- Be able to maintain confidentiality where required
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
- Develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers

**Experience Requirements**:

- Have experience of working in a busy office environment
- Have experience in multi-tasking and prioritising workloads
- Have experience with working with complex clients/customers
- Have at least 2 years’ experience of working in a Sales or Admin environment
- Proficient in Excel and general IT literacy - MS Office (Word, and Outlook)
